Tank & Weight module

This module can be operated manually or by obtaining values on-line. The main feature of this module is to correct the tank level for the influence of trim and heel at the measuring points to compute the weight and assists to obtain the correct dead-weight situation.

Measuring methods as ullage, sounding, percent fill, volume or weight can be used and several measuring points can be defined.

The temperature and density can be set for each tank and for oil products the correction according to the API tables is used.

Tank levels are to be interfaced on-line from the Tank/Cargo level system directly or from the Machinery Automation System or Load Computer indirectly.
