Remote Draft Indication

Remote draft indication with optimal design for all type of ships, new builds and retrofit installations. The SAJ draft indication is accurate, reliable and needs little maintenance. It is easy to verify against ship’s actual scales as it presents draft at nine positions.

Instead of installing two or four intakes the SAJ system uses only one through-hull intake which eliminate the extensive need of cabling and hull penetrations.

Using one intake positioned in the most protected location you get a system that provides trouble free year after year operation. The system offers ten times higher accuracy compared to conventional gauges.

Standard draft gauges mounted in the bow and stern do not work when the ship is sailing. The basic SAJ draft indication works in speeds of several knots without deviation.

Draft indication at higher speed ranges is also available with the addition of the Speed Corrected Draft module.
